shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
From the time your order is placed, your order will be hand-crafted and shipped within 2 weeks. Shipping itself will vary depending on your location.

-US/Canada (5-10 Days)
-Rest of world (5-14 Days)
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking code via email. Simply click the code to track the package.
Who is our shipping provider?
We use FEDEX priority service. This is the premium service for fast and reliable tracked shipping around the world. With the option to send live updates straight to your phone.

How do I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an email containing your shipment info as soon as ship your order.
How do I know I will receive my order?
We place you, the customer at the centre of our business. Fulfilment of your order is guaranteed. Any shipment problems will be rectified. We aim for a smooth enjoyable experience for the customer.
What happens once I place my order?
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you straight away via email. You will then be assigned to one of our artists. They will be taking care of your order, expect an email from them within the next day or two.
Wrong size. Can I change it?
If you notice you have selected the wrong size after ordering, You will have 48 hours after you have placed your order to let us know. Reach out via email to change sizing.
Refunds & returns
I ordered the wrong size. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the product and service we provide. We cannot issue refunds for wrong sizing. We try to make the process of selecting the correct size as easy as possible for you.
I don't like my order. Can I get a refund?
We do not refund or exchange orders in the case you do not like your order once you receive them.
My order came damaged. Can I return?
In the case that your order arrives damaged. Please send suitable images and photos. We would be happy to rectify and problems regarding this issue.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order once placed. After this you will not award refunds.
Sneaker care
How do I clean my customs?
Cleaning your customs is as easy as cleaning any other pair of shoes. Soap and water will do the trick. Our customs are water resistant and will not be effected by soap and brush.
What are these crease preventers with my order?
Every order comes with a free pair of sneaker shields. You place these in the toe area of the shoe to minimise creasing. These will drastically increase the life of you shoes and keep them new and fresh for longer.
