SHIPPING & RETURNS
When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
Once your order has been received we start the customizing process within 1-2 weeks. We aim to process orders around the clock to make sure we get your order to you as quickly as possible.
-Receiving orders can be anywhere between 3-6 weeks.
We use the courier 'Royal Mail' to ship all orders. Every order comes with a tracking number and may require you to sign for your order on your end. General shipping time is anywhere between 3-16 days depending on your location.
Can I Return My Order?
Ever order maintains the high standards the set at TheShoeCosmetics. If it appears there is a defect with your order upon arrival we will be more then welcome to work things out.

TheShoeCosmetics does not accept return request for wrong sizing. Please make sure you order the correct size when ordering. We hate telling you we cant return because of this reason, so we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to decide when ordering the correct sneaker size.
Can I Track My Order?
TheShoeCosmetics allows you to fully track your order with our in website app. Insert you email and order number.Simple as that!
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent your unique order tracking number to fully track your order once shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Uk.
